Small town feel! Susan and John are on top of things and very accommodating! The cabins are the so simple and scream lake life! No frills what so ever but who wants that when you are out in God's country and can smell the lake just down the road?! Our happy place!
Susan and John are great, so accommodating and friendly. Staying off main lake towards Blood River was perfect, water was much calmer and beautiful views!
Owners were Great and down to earth people. I will definitely go back and recommend people to go there

Place was quite, rustic, and everything you'd want out of a fishing cabin at the lake. The owners were wonderful to deal with.
Cabin had all needed basic amenities. Wish there was signage to display where to check in. Was a little confusing on arrival. Nice to have the option to pay a little extra and get a covered boat slip during your stay. Was great not having to load and unload boat daily. Overall good stay. Side note: Verizon cell coverage is terrible in this area, especially at the marina. There is no 4g and very spotty voice coverage. I know wifi is in this area as I saw hotspots available, but isnt available for public use, at least not that we saw.
This place is filled with wonderful people. Always someone to help of you have problems. I have been going here for over 5 years will be going back again next April! Plus you always catch some big slabs.
